I'm trying to be a more active reader, especially with non-fiction. Mostly this means taking notes and looking for connections to other things I'm reading, including articles I find online. Of course, there's no guarantee those will stay online, so it's nice to keep local copies. I've been using Monolith to archive pages, which works great, though there are a few sites that seem to block it even when I set a custom User-Agent. Maybe I'll try to figure out some workaround for that in a future post.
Anyways, I'm using Obsidian (fantastic!) for the actual note-taking. I thought it would be nice to glue the two tools together to facilitate my extremely simple (paste URL into note and write underneath it) workflow. Obsidian conveniently provides a plugin interface and template repo, so it was very easy to get a basic version implemented!

There's a lot of things I'd want to fix or add before officially publishing it, but it's perfectly fine for myself so far.
